GB PHE & Building Division Skardu Corrigendum: Invitation to Bid for Construction Work (2‑Year Completion)

The Government of Gilgit Baltistan, Office of the Executive Engineer PHE & Building Division GB C&W Skardu (dated 2026-08-19) has issued a corrigendum and invites sealed bids under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (Rule 39(b), GB PPRA Rules 2022). Eligible contractors, firms and joint ventures registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialized codes may apply for the listed construction work with a completion period of 02 years. Bid documents are available from the Executive Engineer's office during office hours.

Technical bids, prepared per the evaluation criteria, must be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes to the Superintending Engineer, Communication & Works Department SKD/SGR Circle (near Parishan Chowk) before the stated closing time.
