National Skills University (Islamabad) invites applications for project-based positions under the HEC-approved NRPU project (Project No. 165444-43) titled "Bridging TVET to IT Employment: An ANN Guided Skills Mapping, Shortage Forecasting, and Placement Pilot for Pakistan." Principal Investigator: Prof. Dr. Saud Altaf.

| 01 | Research Assistant | MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university. Strong skills in Python, machine learning, ANN, NLP, data analysis, survey design and report writing. SQL, analytics, survey design and experience in TVET, skills mapping, employability or placement-related projects will be preferred. | 01 | Rs. 80,000–100,000 per month (lump-sum). Maximum 18 months. |
| 02 | Undergraduate Student | Currently enrolled undergraduate students at National Skills University Islamabad in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Science & IT or related disciplines. Strong skills in MS Excel, Google Forms, data collection, Python, web scraping, data management, report writing and basic analytical tools. | 02 | Rs. 15,000–20,000 per month (lump-sum). Maximum 18 months. |
| 03 | Short-Term Project Personnel | Minimum 12 years of education. Experience/skills for field coordination, data collection, data entry, dashboard or portal support, documentation and basic IT tools. Practical exposure to data collection and coordination activities preferred. | 01 | Rs. 20,000 per month (lump-sum). Maximum 10 months. |

Selection will be made according to HEC NRPU rules, approved project budget and availability of funds, based on merit, project needs and satisfactory performance. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No TA/DA will be admissible. The University reserves the right to accept, reject or cancel the hiring process.
