Re-Tender: Procurement of Electro-Medical Equipment — Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI), Islamabad

Procedure & key instructions: Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure will be used adopting Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). E-bids from eligible bidders are invited on EPADS v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 prior to submission: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. E-Bidding documents, terms, conditions and specifications are available on EPADS and e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal.
