CDA e-Bid: Providing/Fixing MS Grill at Khayaban-e-Subhway Park near Serena Hotel, Sector G-5 Islamabad

Capital Development Authority (Directorate of Works) invites electronic bids (Single Stage-One Envelope) from reputable firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-5 or above with project codes CE-10 or BC-01 for 2025-26 who can prove eligibility and qualifications.

How to apply: Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS/e-Procurement portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk) as per instructions in the bidding documents. Bidding documents, requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders on E-PADS.

Bid security & submission: Bids must be accompanied by the prescribed Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of Deputy Director (Works-I), CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on E-PADS; the original Bid Security must be provided to the office of Director (Works), CDA before or at the time of bid submission. Manual bids will not be entertained.

Notes: Prospective bidders must upload required documents on E-PADS; original bid security to be delivered to Director (Works) office as specified. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted.
