Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA), Procurement & Contract Agreement-I invites online e-bids for multiple road rehabilitation and upgrading works in Islamabad for the year 2026-27. Eligible contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with Project Codes CE-01 & CE-10 and must be on the active list for the year 2026-27.
Key submission requirements: e-bids must be submitted only through the CDA e-procurement portal (eprocure.gov.pk). Manual/physical bids will not be accepted. Each bid must be accompanied by the specified bid security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favor of the DDO (Procurement & Contract, CDA). Technical bids will be opened online on the same day as financial bids as per the schedule; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend.
