Head (Procurement), H-Block, Near K-Block, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms/dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department and having offices with telephone/fax numbers for the purchase/supply of various items and services as per the published schedule. Tender documents are available on working days (Monday–Friday) between 09:00 and 13:00. Tender fees are non-refundable and must be paid by Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer; call deposits/cash will not be accepted. Tenders must be submitted and will be opened on the dates shown against each package in the notice. How to apply/submit:
- Obtain tender documents from the procurement office (working days 09:00–13:00).
- Pay advertised non-refundable tender fee by Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad (call deposit not accepted).
- Submit sealed tenders by the time shown against each package; tenders will be opened in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. Cash tenders will not be accepted.
