Balochistan Energy Company Limited (BECL) invites applications from experienced, qualified professionals for two contractual senior positions based in Quetta. Initial appointments are for two years with possibility of extension.

| Chief Financial Officer | 01 | CA / ACA / FCA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) or a recognized foreign body (e.g., ICAEW, ICAS) or Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) or an equivalent professional qualification. | Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in financial management, audit, corporate finance and related functions; experience in energy sector, public sector companies, project finance, renewable energy or PPP projects preferred. | Advanced financial management, financial modelling and analysis; practical knowledge of IFRS/IAS and local accounting standards; corporate governance and regulatory compliance knowledge. Age limit: preferably up to 55 years. |
| Company Secretary | 01 | Membership/qualification in corporate secretarial or equivalent professional qualification (Institute of Corporate Secretaries or equivalent) and/or relevant graduate/postgraduate qualification from an HEC-recognized institution. | Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate law and company affairs; experience with public sector companies preferred. | Sound understanding of corporate governance, regulatory and legal compliance including Companies Act, 2017; familiarity with Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules and SECP regulations; strong drafting, communication and stakeholder management skills. Age limit: preferably up to 55 years. |
