The Directorate General of Health Services, Balochistan, has announced interviews for applicants seeking appointment against the deceased employees’ family quota in Grades 1–15. This notice follows recruitment advertisement PRO No. 68/06-07-2026, dated 7 July 2026.

Interviews will be held on Thursday, 12 November 2026, at 9:30 AM at the Directorate General of Health Services office, Bolan Jinnah Chest Institute, Brewery Road, Quetta. Applicants must appear before the interview committee with their original documents and the required supporting copies. Documents will be scrutinized, and eligible applicants will be considered for inclusion in the final merit list.

Applicants covered by the deceased employees’ family policy whose father or mother died during service between 17 April 2007 and 18 October 2024 should attend. Applications relating to deaths before or after this period will not be considered under this interview process.

Candidates must bring the following documents:

1	Original application submitted by the applicant.
2	Copy of the deceased employee’s death certificate.
3	Copy of the succession certificate.
4	Copy of the leave encashment order.
5	Copy of the obituary or condolence order.
6	The deceased employee’s first appointment order and an attested copy of the identity card.
7	Copy of the pension data roll sheet.
8	Copy of the NADRA Family Registration Certificate (FRC).
9	Non-marriage certificate where the applicant is a widow, together with the required no-objection affidavit from the other legal heirs on stamp paper, attested by an oath commissioner.
10	Copies of the applicant’s educational qualifications, degrees or diplomas, domicile or local certificate, and CNIC, along with two passport-size photographs.
11	The required family employment eligibility undertaking on stamp paper.

If verification reveals that a candidate has already obtained employment through the deceased employees’ family quota, the matter will be referred to the relevant Drawing and Disbursing Officer and legal heirs for departmental action.

No travel or daily allowance will be paid for attending the interview.
