Tender: Procurement of Medicines, Implants & Consumables — Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto General Hospital, Quetta

Issuer: Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto General Hospital, Quetta. Procurement for supply of medicines, consumable items and implants for Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gynecological items and Children medicine.

Scope: Sealed quotations are invited from registered firms, pharmacists, manufacturers and suppliers dealing in medicines and related items. Procurement covers consumables, implants for orthopedics, general surgery, gynecology, and pediatric medicines.

Procedure: The procurement will be conducted in accordance with BHCP Policy Guidelines 2024 (issued by the Health Department, Government of Balochistan) using a single-stage, two-envelope procedure (technical and financial envelopes). Quotations must be sealed and complete; incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted.

Eligibility & Documentation: Applicants must be registered and active taxpayers (NTN); provide valid drug sale / pharmacy registration or manufacturing/authorization documents as applicable, and registration with relevant health authorities as required. Other documentary requirements include proof of tax registration and any certificates requested in the bidding documents.

Payment & Terms: Mode of payment and other commercial terms are stated in the bidding documents. Payments will be made within 120 days after completion of supply subject to fulfillment of required documentation. The procuring entity reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation as per policy.

Submission: Sealed quotations must be submitted by Friday, 2026-06-19 no later than 12:00 PM to the office of Mohtarma Shaheed Benazir Bhutto General Hospital, Quetta. Quotations will be opened in the presence of bidders as per the hospital’s stated schedule.
