Tender: Office Equipment & Allied Items for Pediatric Emergency Units — Health Department, Balochistan

Issuer: Health Department, Government of Balochistan through the Health Sector Reform & Management Unit (HSRMU) / Project Management Unit (PMU). Electronic bids are invited via the BPRA electronic procurement system for supply of office equipment and allied items for Pediatric Emergency Units at selected teaching hospitals.

Procurement will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidders must submit electronic bids only (no physical bids). Key eligibility and submission conditions are listed below.

Important requirements and conditions:

• Bidders must be registered on the BPRA Electronic Procurement System before submission.
• Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and possess valid Sales Tax registration where applicable.
• Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred and should provide audited financial statements for the last three years.
• Minimum documented turnover requirement: PKR 175 million (for the last three completed financial years) and proven experience of similar contracts.
• Bid security: 2% of the total quoted value (in an accepted instrument such as bank guarantee/call deposit) in favor of the Project Director, HSRMU/PMU, Health Department, Government of Balochistan.
