Public Notice: Special Revision of Record of Rights — Deh Takro Hashim, Taluka Keti Bandar (Thatta)

Issuer: Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Keti Bandar under authority of the Board of Revenue, Sindh (order dated 28-02-2025) and Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.

Purpose: A special revision (re-writing) and verification of the Record of Rights (ownership rights) is being carried out as a pilot project in Deh Takro Hashim, Taluka Keti Bandar, District Thatta to ensure accuracy, integrity and digitization of land records. Verified records will be authenticated by the concerned Mukhtiarkar and the Assistant Collector of the First Grade in accordance with procedural framework prescribed under Section 42 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967.

Action required: Any person who has an objection regarding ownership, khatedar name, survey number, area, or any other matter must file their written objection within 15 days at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Ghorabari. If no objection is filed within the specified period, the record will be re-written with the name of the concerned person as shown below.
