Town Committee Kashmore Auction: Lease of Collection Rights 2026–27 (Cattle Piri)

Town Committee Kashmore (District Kashmore @ Kandhkot) invites sealed/open bids in an open auction for lease rights to collect designated taxes/fees for the financial year 01-07-2026 to 30-06-2027. Auctions will be held at the Town Committee Kashmore office.

Auction dates & time: First attempt: 2026-06-16 at 12:00 PM. Second attempt (if required): 2026-06-18 at 12:00 PM. Venue: Town Committee Kashmore Office.

How to participate / key conditions:

- Interested bidders must deposit 10% of their financial bid as earnest money by Bank Draft / Pay Order in favour of Town Committee Kashmore (submit two photocopies of the draft/pay order).

- Bring a photocopy of CNIC; without CNIC no one will be allowed to participate.

- Contractors must produce a No-Dues Certificate from the concerned Town Committee at the time of auction.

- On award, the contractor will pay two advance instalments to the Town Committee in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order.

- Bidders should bring bank guarantee on the official bid for each contract year and attested copies of CNIC, NTN (FBR) registration, SRB certificate and company/firm registration documents where applicable.

- Defaulters of the Town Committee or their relatives are not permitted to participate.

- The authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning reason. Detailed terms, conditions and schedule of rates are available for inspection at the Town Committee Kashmore office during working hours.
