E-Auction: Collection Rights of Executive Washrooms (Tench Bazar), Rawalpindi Cantt — 3-Year Term

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Department). E-auction for disposal of collection rights of Executive Washrooms / Group Latrine fee situated at Tench Bazar, Rawalpindi Cantt for a period of three years through EPADS Version 2.0.

Key details and instructions:

- E-auction platform: EPADS Version 2.0. Registration on EPADS is mandatory: https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register.

- Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (listed on Active Taxpayers List) and registered on EPADS V2.0.

- Submission: Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only. Manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

- E-auction timing: Auction remains open until 2026-06-29 at 02:00 PM; bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 03:30 PM.

- Contract period: Three (03) years from 2026-07-15 to 2029-07-14. Bids to be quoted on an annual basis; contract fee to increase by 10% (as per terms) for subsequent years.

- Bid security and payments: Each bidder must submit a bid security of Rs. 180,000/- by Pay Order / Bank Draft / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. The successful bidder shall deposit 25% of the annual auction amount immediately after closing and acceptance. Other financial and performance conditions apply as per the auction terms.
