Rawalpindi Cantt E-Auction — Installation of 12 Digital Screens on Murree Road (E-PADS ID D10061)

Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (Military Lands & Cantonments Dept.) invites e-auction bids for installation of digital screens (SMDs) along Murree Road from TM Chowk to Haider Road for a period of three (03) years. Bids will be accepted electronically through the EPADS V2.0 e-auction system only.

- Registration & participation: All interested bidders must register on EPADS Version 2.0 before participation. Registration link (as published): https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/register. Bids will be submitted electronically via EPADS only; manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

- Bid security: Rs. 35,000 (Pay Order/Bank Draft/Call Deposit Receipt) in favour of "Cantonment Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantonment Board". Call deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be refunded per terms.

- Payment on award: Successful bidder must deposit 25% (one-fourth) of the annual auction amount immediately after acceptance. The security deposit and remaining payments to be made as per the contract conditions and schedule.

- Contract term: Three (03) years for installation/use of the digital screens. The contract is subject to regular taxes and government deductions (income tax and other applicable taxes) and compliance with Cantonment Board rules.

- Other: Bidders may revise bids multiple times until the closing time. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to accept or reject bids as per rules.
