Issuer: Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Gujar Khan.
Purpose: Invitation to tender for framework contracts for supply/purchase of Dental items, Stationery items, X-Ray & Radiology items, Printing items and General Store items for fiscal year 2026–2027. Bidders must be financially sound, registered taxpayers with FBR and eligible under applicable procurement rules.
Submission method: Bidding documents available free of cost from the e-procurement portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPDAS/e-procurement system only. Manual submission of bids is NOT allowed. A hard copy/original of the Bid Security (CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank of Pakistan) must also be submitted in original in addition to the e-bid.
Procurement method: Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage–One Envelope) as per Punjab Procurement Rules/PPRA regulations. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
Bid opening: Representatives may attend. Bidders or their representatives should reach the office by 07-07-2026 at 09:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM by the Procurement Committee.
