An emerging public sector institution of Higher Education operating independently under a Trust invites applications for senior leadership positions. - Master's degree or higher from a recognized university or equivalent professional distinction. - At least 20 years of progressive professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior executive or leadership role in academia, public administration, corporate sector, non-profit, or international development. - Demonstrated institutional leadership in strategic planning, financial management, organizational development and stakeholder engagement. - Experience establishing, leading or transforming large, complex organizations (education, research or public service) is a distinct advantage. |

Educational qualifications (one of): - Master's in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution; OR - Law graduate; OR - Member of a recognized professional accountancy body (e.g., ICAP, ACCA); OR - Member of a recognized corporate/chartered secretaries body (e.g., ICSP, ICSA). Experience & other requirements: - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. - Preferable experience in similar trust/company/registered entity. - Must comply with fit and proper criteria as set out in the Trust deed. |
