- Obtain the prescribed form from the University website (http://www.uaf.edu.pk). For Registrar and Controller of Examinations use the prescribed form; other posts may be applied for on plain paper with complete bio-data/CV.
- Attach attested copies of educational certificates, domicile, CNIC, experience certificates, and two passport-size photographs.
- Application processing fee (non-refundable): Rs. 1,000 for posts BPS-17 & above and Rs. 500 for posts BPS-16 & below (payable as instructed by the university).
- Government servants should apply through proper channel and forward a No Objection Certificate where required.
- Incomplete applications or those received after the closing date will not be entertained. No TA/DA for test/interview. The university reserves the right to accept/reject/cancel any or all applications.
Submission addresses: Registrar/Controller applications to the Office of the Director (HR/Personnel Section) as instructed; applications for other posts to the Establishment Section, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad.
