| Experience & Expertise | Minimum 10 years post-qualification comprehensive work experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Director Finance, Head of Accounts & Finance). Expertise in accounts, finance, corporate laws, audit, taxation, financial planning & forecasting, joint ventures, and implementation of accounting & internal control systems. Proven experience with large housing authorities/real-estate developers, semi-government or government-linked organizations, or large private-sector corporations with complex finance operations. |
| Remuneration & Tenure | Attractive salary package with fringe benefits as per DHA Service Rules. Initial contract for two years, extendable based on performance. |
