Issuer: ARM GREEN INDUSTRIES LIMITED. Notice dated 2026-06-09 for an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on 2026-07-01 at 10:00 a.m. at Plot No. WL-14(1)-A/03, Bin Qasim Industrial Park, Special Economic Zone (BOPI-SEZ), Karachi.

Purpose: To elect seven (07) directors to the Board of ARM Green Industries Limited for a period of three years commencing from July 01, 2026, and to transact any other business with permission of the Chair.

- Share transfer books will remain closed from 2026-06-23 to 2026-07-01 (both days inclusive).
