Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from registered Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) to develop and operate a fuel station facility at a prime location on Park Road (Margalla Orchard). The available plot is approximately 5 kanals and the facility is exclusively for company operating sites.
Interested OMCs must submit an EOI including company profile, relevant experience, financial capability and proposed concept. Financial terms noted include a monthly reserved rent of Rs. 10 million and an upfront land utilization payment of Rs. 600 million as per DHA terms; detailed terms will be provided to shortlisted companies.
