Auction: Lease Rights for Cold Storage Facility at Islamabad International Airport (Plot E-102)

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites sealed bids for the auction of lease rights to establish and operate a cold storage facility at Islamabad International Airport (IIAP).

Key terms and participation requirements:

- Lease period: 30 years, extendable for a further 20 years by mutual consent in accordance with PAA Land Lease Policy 2019.

- Participation: Each auction participant must bring two (2) copies of their CNIC and submit the earnest money along with an auction participation fee of PKR 10,000 (non-refundable). Earnest money and fee must be submitted in the form of a Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority to the Auction Committee at the venue before the start of proceedings.

- Eligibility: Only duly registered and licensed companies with relevant approvals for cold storage or temperature-controlled warehousing operations are eligible. Defaulters and blacklisted companies are not eligible to participate.

- Facility obligations: The cold storage shall be company owned and operated by the successful bidder at its own cost and responsibility. The premises are offered on an "as is, where is" basis.

- Approval: The highest bid will be placed before the PAA Executive Committee for approval. If the Executive Committee rejects the highest bid, the lot may be put to fresh auction within 30 days or within such further time as the PAA may decide.
