Executive Engineer, Afghan Refugees Hospital Chaman (Civil Works, PPH Department) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for execution of works for the establishment of a 250-bedded hospital at Chaman. Procurements will follow Balochistan Public Procurement Rules – 2014. Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 3% of the bid for each work.
Eligibility highlights: bidders must be on the Active Tax Payers list, must not be blacklisted, and must meet Pakistan Engineering Council registration and financial/experience requirements as specified in the bidding documents. Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure will be used.
