College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed applications from well-reputed and experienced contractors for construction of the first floor of the CPSP Regional Centre in Faisalabad. Firms with specialization in educational/office buildings are invited to apply as per the published terms of reference (TOR).
Acquisition of TORs & Fee
TORs can be purchased from CPSP HQ Karachi, CPSP Regional Centre Faisalabad and CPSP Regional Centre Lahore on written request. Non-refundable fee: Rs. 5,000 paid by Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan."

Submission & Bid Conditions
Bids must be submitted on the prescribed tender form along with earnest money equal to 2% of the bid value (refundable to unsuccessful bidders) by Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of "College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan." Documents must be submitted directly to the Projects Department, CPSP Regional Centre Lahore (address: near NICU / Hospital, Block D, New Muslim Town, Lahore).
