Swabi Irrigation Division-II Tender Notice — Flood Protection, Canal & Road Works (EPADS)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Swabi Irrigation Division-II, Swabi. Sealed tenders are invited through EPADS (Single Stage Single Envelope) from eligible contractors having valid registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) & FBR, valid enlistment with Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence for the current financial year 2025-26 in the relevant category with required PEC codes.

Scope: Multiple civil works packages for flood protection, canal patrol roads, canal protection, restoration and allied irrigation works in Swabi district. Detailed list of works, estimated costs and required PEC codes are available in the bidding documents on EPADS.

Key deadlines and submission method:

• Bid submission deadline: 2026-07-13 at 10:00 AM (bids to be uploaded via EPADS)
• Bid opening: 2026-07-13 at 10:30 AM (on the same day)
• Time for completion of works: As per bidding schedule (BSD) stated in the tender documents

Bid security and documents: A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is required. Bidders must scan and upload bid documents (including CDRs/bid security, signed BOQ/Rate BOQ and supporting documents) as a single PDF via EPADS. Original documents and CDR may be required to be submitted to the office as per tender conditions. Bids will be valid for ninety (90) days.
