E-Tender: Hiring Transport Services for Workers Welfare School Boys (Evening), Jauharabad — 2-Year Contract (2026–28)

Key conditions and requirements:

• Bidding procedure: Single-Stage, Two-Envelopes (technical & financial separate).
• Bids must be submitted online through the E-PADS portal by the stated deadline; late, incomplete, unsigned, stamped or emailed bids (other than via E-PADS) will not be considered.
• Earnest money (Call Deposit Receipt): 2% of estimated cost — shown as Rs. 262,276 (to be submitted in favour of the Principal, Workers Welfare School Boys Jauharabad) and must be submitted before e-bid closing time; failure to submit will cause rejection.
• Performance Guarantee: Successful bidder to provide 5% of the contract amount as CDR prior to award.
• Eligible vehicle model: Vehicles of model 2015 or later will only be acceptable (documentary evidence required).
• Technical qualification: Participating firms must obtain at least 70% marks as per tender evaluation criteria.
• All rates must be inclusive of applicable government taxes.
