NHA Invitation for e-Bids — Data Communication Services for ETM Toll Plazas to NTOC (Closing 2026-07-01)

Issuer: National Highway Authority (Finance Wing - Revenue Section), Ministry of Communications, Government of Pakistan.

Purpose: Procurement of services for a data-communication medium between Electronic Toll Management (ETM) toll plazas and weigh stations and the National Traffic Operations Centre (NTOC) at NHA Headquarters, Islamabad.

Eligibility & key requirements: Prospective bidders must be registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Firms must hold valid Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) certification as required for telecommunication service providers.

Procurement procedure: Single-Stage, Two-Envelopes. Bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions will be available on the NHA e-Bidding portal.
