Purpose: Invitation to e-bids for provision of technical support to operate and upkeep static, mobile and SWIM weigh stations on the NHA network for the period 2026–2029 under multiple contract packages.

Procurement Method and Eligibility: Single Stage, Two Envelopes Procedure via NHA e-bidding portal. Prospective bidders must be registered with tax authorities, appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and hold a valid Operator/engineering license where required. Manual (hard-copy) bids are eliminated; submission and opening will be online.
