PMD (IFRAP) Seeks Financial Management Specialist (Individual Consultant) — EOIs Invited

Pakistan Meteorological Department, Project Implementation Unit for the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) — Modernization of Hydromet Services Project (MHSP) invites Expressions of Interest for the position of Financial Management Specialist (FMS) (Ref: PK-PMD-543203-CS-INDV; Loan No. IDA-73330). Applicants must hold a professional accounting qualification (CA/ACCA/ACMA) and have around ten years’ experience managing finance for large international, national or subnational projects; preference will be given to candidates with experience relevant to the TORs.

Selection will follow the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. Interested consultants should submit a letter of interest, updated CV and supporting documents to the Project Implementation Unit at PMD.
