REDAMCO Tender: Exclusive 3-Year Selling Rights on Pakistan Railway Network

Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO) invites sealed tenders from firms/vendors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR for exclusive selling rights (three years) on the Pakistan Railway network. Key instructions and requirements:

• Submit sealed Technical Bid & Financial Bid as per bidding document instructions. Sealed bids for each product must be in separate envelopes and clearly marked.
• Non-refundable bid processing fee of Rs. 20,000 to be submitted in shape of Bank Draft / Pay Order / CDR in favour of Railway Estate Development and Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd.
• Bids must be prepared per bidding document and submitted by the stated deadline. REDAMCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRs 2004.
• Procurement will be conducted through Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Single Envelope) as per Public Procurement Rules 2004.

Submission & opening:

• Deadline for submission: 2025-07-08 by 02:30 PM.
• Bids opening: 2025-07-08 at 03:00 PM in presence of bidders or authorized representatives.
