Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Islamabad-Rawalpindi invites sealed bids under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the Rehabilitation of DHA Expressway (Tender Code: CE-PHS-26-02). Qualified PEC-registered contractors/firms in Category C-1 & above with specialization CE-01 & CE-10 are eligible to apply for a turnkey Design & Construction contract for approximately 7.5 km of 150 ft wide expressway.

Key Scope of Work includes:
- Detailed design, survey & engineering of the road.
- Condition assessment of existing road and rehabilitation of defective/damaged sections.
- Design & construction of stormwater drainage systems, culverts and associated structures.
- Road rehabilitation, re-carpeting, hydrology works, and drainage works.
- Full-depth re-pavement/asphalt overlay of entire road and road markings, signage, safety barriers, and street furniture.
- Horticulture, rain harvesting and water supply system for road median.
- Testing, commissioning and handover as a complete functional facility.
- Third party vetting and structural stability checks as required.
