Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) – Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible consulting firms to provide National Digital Communications, Visibility and Strategic Amplification support. The assignment is financed by the World Bank (Loan/Grant No. IDA-73330) and will be procured through Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) for consulting firms.

Key eligibility & experience requirements
  • General experience: minimum five (5) years of proven track record in providing integrated communications, public outreach, or digital engagement services.
  • Specific experience: demonstrated experience managing and executing communications, digital strategy, media amplification, and stakeholder engagement for large-scale projects.
  • Technical & professional capacity: availability of suitably qualified and experienced personnel to perform the assignment; ability to provide creative and strategic communications and digital solutions.
