Request for Expressions of Interest — National Digital Communications & Visibility Support for IFRAP (Pakistan)

The Federal Project Management Unit (FPMU) of the Integrated Flood Resilience and Adaptation Project (IFRAP) invites eligible consulting firms to express interest to provide national digital communications, visibility and strategic amplification services.

Key requirements: Firms should have at least 5 years of experience in integrated communications, public outreach or digital engagement; experience with public sector or international development organizations is highly desirable. Firms must demonstrate capacity in multi-channel digital campaigns, content creation, social media management, media relations, analytics and campaign performance measurement. Key experts will not be evaluated at the EOI stage; firms must show relevant institutional experience and technical capacity.

EOIs should include the information demonstrating the firm’s qualifications and experience as described in the TOR.
