Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela Power Station invites electronic bids (e-bids) from original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors for supply of spares and materials on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P.) basis. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the FBR, and where applicable hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence in the appropriate category. Contract completion period: 120 days from date of purchase order.
Submission & opening:
Bids shall be submitted online through the EPADS/e-procurement system (eprocure.gov.pk) up to 1100 hrs on the respective closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security (as specified below) in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favour of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA, Tarbela is required. Bids will be opened at Tarbela Power Station at the times shown below in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed.
