Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA), Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids for pre-qualification of Event Management and Activation Firms (local and international) for event management and activation services.

How to obtain documents: Pre-qualification documents (separately for each category) may be obtained from the Procurement Department, Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) at 151 Abu Bakar Block, Garden Town, Lahore, upon deposit of the tender cost (pay order) of PKR 10,000. A copy of the advertisement and the prequalification document is also available online at http://www.ruda.gov.pk/tenders.
Submission & Opening: Sealed bids must be submitted at the given office address on or before 2026-06-20 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to be present at 11:30 AM on the same day at the office of RUDA.
Validity & Other Conditions: Prequalification documents issued by RUDA will have validity of 90 days. Incomplete or overwritten bids will be rejected. If the last submission date falls on a public or local holiday, the next working day will be treated as the last date for submission and opening. RUDA will not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by bidders and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals prior to acceptance.
