National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA) Human Resource Directorate invites applications for the position of Assistant Director (Network Engineer - Routing & Switching) at its Headquarters in Islamabad.

Position Assistant Director (Network Engineer - Routing & Switching)
Location Headquarters, NADRA — State Bank of Pakistan Building, Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad
Age Limit Maximum 37 years
Educational Requirement Bachelor's (4 years) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecom Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent (degrees must be attested by HEC)
Experience Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in Communications & Networks. CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
  • Operate, manage and deploy core network switches and Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW)
  • Implement and understand policies and routing on Firewalls/Switches; Web filtering, DNS filtering, IDS/IPS, geo-fencing and email spam tagging
  • Design and troubleshoot IPSec VPNs; manage Layer-2 and Layer-3 switches and firewall upgrades
  • Hands-on experience with brands such as Juniper, Cisco, H3C, FortiGate
Terms & Conditions
  • Selected candidate will be hired on contract basis with a 6-month probation (extendable if required)

  • Employees serving in Government/Semi-Government must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) at time of submission
