Re-Tender: Solarization & Pumping Works (E-PAK/EPADS) — Paharpur Irrigation Division, D.I. Khan

Office of the Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I. Khan (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Irrigation Department) invites bids through the EPADS e-procurement system (Single Stage Single Envelope) from approved Irrigation Department contractors who have renewed registration with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority/KPPRA and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) licence for Financial Year 2025-26. Bidders must submit bids and required documents via EPADS and meet the PEC category and project code requirements listed below.

- Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the EPADS portal: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk before the mentioned closing time; late or offline submissions will be treated as non-responsive.

- Bidders must have renewed registration with KP Revenue Authority/KPPRA and hold valid PEC registration for FY 2025-26 in the required category and project code.

- For solar and pumping equipment bidders should be manufacturers or authorized dealers; manufacturer’s authorization and a valid Manufacturer’s Authorization Certificate must be provided where applicable.

- Bid Security: 2% earnest money (plus applicable stamp duty) of the estimated cost must accompany the bid as specified in the tender documents.

- Technical parameters for solarized sump wells (as specified): head 24–30 ft, pump setting 22 ft, discharge approx. 0.1 cusec (as shown); bidders should follow technical specifications and deliver a bar-chart programme showing sequence and schedule of work.

- Bidders must comply with all mandatory requirements in the bid solicitation documents; failure to submit required documents or bid security will lead to rejection.
