| Assistant Manager – Finance (Business Control) | Bachelor's (Honours) or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent; ACCA/CA Final/ICMA part-qualified acceptable. Minimum ~5 years relevant experience in programme finance, budgeting and reporting in projectised organisations. |
| Assistant Manager – Finance (Government Relations) | Bachelor's (Honours) or Master's in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or equivalent; ACCA/CA Final/ICMA part-qualified acceptable. Minimum ~5 years relevant experience in finance, budgeting and reporting; familiarity with government funding processes and portals, and experience handling project-level government funds and audits. |
| Assistant Manager – Business Development | Bachelor's (Honours) or Master's in Public Policy, Business, Economics, International Development or related field. Minimum ~5 years progressive experience in business development/partnerships, donor engagement and resource mobilization with demonstrable results. |
| Specialist – Digital Program | Bachelor's (Honours) or Master's degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum ~5 years relevant experience in digital programme delivery, product or programme management. Experience in programme execution/digital design is an advantage. |
| Specialist – Program Design (2 positions) | Bachelor's (Honours) or Master's in Public Policy, Business, Social Sciences or related discipline. Minimum ~5 years experience in programme design, monitoring & evaluation, or programme management; experience in curriculum/design or programme execution preferred. |
