Pakistan Navy MES Pre-Qualification Notice for Provision of Facilities, Furniture and Bazar Supplies (Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore, Turbat)

Issuer: Headquarters DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Purpose: Pre-qualification of firms/contractors for issuance of tenders for multiple works under Military Engineer Services (Pre No. 6900/CK, CP & Isl/Lhr/E-6).

Eligible firms: Contractors enlisted with MES in category 'A' or 'B' or with other government departments, having relevant experience. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have renewed registration by 2027-06-30 to be considered.

Application requirements (documents to submit): company profile; details of similar works completed and in hand during the last five years with sponsoring agency names, costs and performance reports; list of enrolled manpower including engineers with valid PEC numbers; details of tools, plant & machinery; bank statements for last two years; NTN, FBR documents, PEC registration certificate.

Financial & submission details: Pre-qualified firms will be issued tender documents and must deposit bid security equal to 2% of the quoted bid cost in favour of DW&CE (Navy) Islamabad with the tender documents. Tenders must be received at HQ DW&CE (Navy), Sector E-8, Naval Complex, Islamabad. Received bids will be evaluated per HQ criteria; the lowest evaluated responsive bid will be accepted. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA rules.

Key note: Incomplete applications or firms failing to provide required documentation will not be entertained. PEC registration renewal deadline for eligibility: 2027-06-30.
