Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of Visitor Chairs at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad

Issuer: Pakistan Sports Board (Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination), Islamabad. The Board invites bids through EPADS for supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs for the Outer Synthetic Athletic Track & grassy football ground at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad. Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with PEC validity up to 2026-06-30.

How to apply: Download and upload bidding documents via the federal e-procurement system (http://eprocure.gov.pk). Tender notice is also available on the Pakistan Sports Board website (www.sports.gov.pk) and PPRA website. Complete technical and financial proposals must be submitted through EPADS. Manual (hand) submissions will not be entertained.

Key conditions and requirements:

• Firm must meet evaluation criteria as per bidding documents.
• Provide proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and proof of firm on Active Taxpayers List (ATL) along with bank statement.
• Submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper (notarized) stating the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.
• Bid security / earnest money must be submitted as bank draft / pay order / CDR in favour of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad. A scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal; original must reach the undersigned before the bid closing time.
• One hard copy of the technical proposal (only technical, not financial) as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted. In case of discrepancy, the downloaded/ uploaded documents shall prevail.
• Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
