Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Supply, Fabrication & Fixing of Visitor Chairs — Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad (Closing 2026-06-29)

Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination – Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), Islamabad invites bids through EPADS from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the supply, fabrication and fixing of visitor chairs at the Outer Synthetic Athletic Track & Grassy Football Ground, Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.

How to apply: Bidding documents can be downloaded and uploaded from http://eprocure.gov.pk. The tender notice is also available on PSB's website (www.sports.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Applications must be submitted through EPADS with complete information including technical and financial proposals in accordance with the bidding instructions. Manual submissions of bids will not be entertained.

Key eligibility & conditions:

- Firm must meet evaluation criteria stated in bidding documents.

- Provide proof of National NTN and firm entry on ATL along with bank statement.

- Submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper, duly notarized, declaring the firm is not blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Bid security/earnest money to be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad; a scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal and original submitted before closing.

- One copy of the technical proposal (not financial) in hard form as uploaded on EPADS should be submitted. In case of difference, the downloaded/online proposal shall prevail.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
