CDA Invitation to E-Bid for Horticulture Improvement / Rehabilitation Works on Major Islamabad Corridors

Issuer: Capital Development Authority (CDA) — Procurement & Contract Agreement-I. CDA invites electronic bids on a Single Stage – Two Envelope basis from Pakistan Engineering Council-registered firms (relevant category and Project Code CE-10) for the 2025-26 period for horticulture improvement and rehabilitation works on major Islamabad corridors.

Key actions and requirements:

- Bidding documents and detailed requirements are available electronically at the e-procurement portal (http://eprocure.gov.pk / ePADS).

- Bids must be submitted online through ePADS as per instructions in the bidding documents.

- Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order / CDR in favour of DDO (Procurement & Contract), CDA. A scanned copy of the Bid Security must be uploaded on ePADS; the original must be provided to the office of the Director (P&A), CDA as specified in the bidding documents.

- Electronic bids must be submitted on or before the closing deadline. Technical bids will be opened publicly on the same day in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders’ authorized representatives who choose to attend.
