Tender: M&R of Bus Parking Shed & Flat (M-51) – PUMHSW Nawabshah

Issuer: Office of the Project Director (Engineering Wing), People's University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women (PUMHSW), Shaheed Benazirabad (Nawabshah), Sindh.

Eligibility & Qualification: Valid PEC registration in required category; NTN, SRB registration and income tax returns for the last 3 years. Tenderers must provide a list of similar assignments (last 3 years), litigation history (if any), an affidavit confirming the firm has not been blacklisted, and audited/verified bank statements showing annual turnover at least twice the estimated cost.

Procurement Method: Single stage – one envelope. Bid validity: 90 days.

Bidding Documents & Submission: E-Bidding documents available from 2026-06-22 to 2026-07-09. Electronic bids must be submitted via SPPRA EPADs (EPADs) on or before 2026-07-09 at 01:30 PM, attaching all required documents and company profile. Hard copy of the bid must also be submitted to the Office of the Project Director on the day of tender opening.

Opening: Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-07-09 at 02:00 PM. If a government-declared holiday falls on the day, tenders will be opened on the next working day.

Cost & Security: Tender fee (non-refundable) to be submitted via pay order in favour of "PUMHSW Other Receipts Account". Earnest money to be submitted as CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft or permissible forms as per SPP Rules (in favour of "Security Deposit PUMHSW SBU").

Funding: Available for the advertised work. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids per SPPRA Rules-2010.
