Issuer: Office of the Mukhtiarkar, Taluka Garhi Yasin, District Shikarpur. Date of notice: 2026-06-04.
Purpose: Under Section 40 of the Sindh Land Revenue Act, 1967, and by order of the Board of Revenue Sindh, a special revision, re-writing and verification of the Records of Rights for Deh Andal Dal Belo, Tapo Amrot, Taluka Garhi Yasin is being carried out to ensure accurate and standardized records for digitization. A verified and amended record will be prepared and conclusive after verification by the concerned Assistant Collector.
Action required: Any landholder who has an objection regarding name, survey number, ownership, or any entry relating to their land must submit objections within 15 days to the office of the Mukhtiarkar or the Assistant Commissioner, Taluka Garhi Yasin. Failure to object within the period will result in records being re-entered in the names shown.
