Rawalpindi Cantonment Board E-Auction: Billboard/Hoarding Site at Rumi Park (Facing TM Chowk)

Issuer: Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) — Cantt Executive Officer, Rawalpindi Cantt. E-auction via EPADS Version 2.0 for lease of a billboard/hoarding site at Rumi Park (facing TM Chowk) for a period of three (03) years.

- Auction period (contract): 2026-07-15 to 2029-07-14 (three years). Bids should be quoted on an annual basis; the contract fee will be increased by 10% compound for the 2nd and 3rd years.

- E-auction closing: Monday, 2026-07-02 at 14:00 (bids will be opened/evaluated online the same day at 15:30). Bids must be submitted electronically only through EPADS Version 2.0; manual, physical or hardcopy bids will not be accepted.

- Eligibility & registration: Only bidders registered on EPADS Version 2.0 and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayer List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Registration on the EPADS portal is required prior to bidding.
