Punjab Life Insurance (PLIC) Invitation to Bid – Laptops, Printers & Scanners

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites sealed bids through e-PADS from eligible firms for the procurement of Laptops, Printers and Scanners under the Single Stage – One Envelope Procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

Key instructions and eligibility:

- Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities, including Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, and possess requisite experience and capacity to supply the required IT equipment.

- Complete bidding documents, specifications, eligibility criteria and terms/conditions are available on e-PADS.

- Bidders shall upload their bids through e-PADS and submit the original bid security in the form prescribed in the bidding documents at the address given below before the bid submission deadline. Failure to submit the original bid security within the stipulated time shall render the bid non-responsive.

- The bid validity period shall be 120 (One Hundred Twenty) days from the date of bid opening. Conditional bids shall not be accepted.
