WAPDA Tarbela Power Station E-Bid Notice — Spares & Equipment Procurements

Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela Power Station invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Works (if any) must be licensed with Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category. Contracts are on DDP basis with completion period of 120 days from issuance of Purchase Order.

E-bidding documents, terms and specifications are available to registered bidders via the e-procurement system (eprocure.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 Hrs on the bid submission date; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at the times shown below in Conference Room No. 1, Tarbela Power Station, in the presence of bidders' representatives. A single-stage, single-envelope procedure will be followed. Each bid must be accompanied by the required bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee in favor of Chief Engineer (Power), WAPDA Tarbela.
