UHS Lahore: Migration Notice for BSN Generic (4-Year) Students — Apply by 29 June 2026

Issuer: University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore. Purpose: Online applications invited from eligible students for migration into the 2nd and 3rd years of the BSN Generic (4-Year Degree Program) in public sector nursing colleges of Punjab under the Migration Policy notified by the Government of Punjab (13 May 2026).

Key eligibility and conditions:

• Only candidates who meet the specified qualifications are eligible to apply for migration into 2nd or 3rd year.
• Candidates who have failed and are awaiting supplementary examination results are not eligible.
• Migration will be allowed strictly on the basis of merit-cum-preference.
• Migration is not permissible in the First Year (1st & 2nd semesters) or the Final Year of the program.
• Migration between Morning and Evening sessions, or between Annual and Semester systems, is not allowed; the session of the candidate shall remain unchanged.
• Each candidate may be allowed migration only once during the entire 4-year program.
• Migration within the same city and mutual migration between students are not permissible.

Application procedure (important):

• All applications must be submitted exclusively through the UHS Migration Portal: www.uhs.edu.pk. Manual/hard copy submissions will not be entertained.
• Applicants must fully complete the prescribed online form and indicate their order of preference for colleges. Once submitted the application will be final and non-refundable.
• A non-refundable processing fee of Rs. 500/- must be generated and deposited through the designated challan at Bank of Punjab or via online banking; proof of payment must be uploaded.
• Scanned copies of required documents must be uploaded in PDF format (each file not exceeding 1 MB).

Other important notes:

• Number of vacancies in public sector nursing colleges will be displayed on the UHS website.
• Merit determination, tie-breaking (where applicable), and final orders of migration will be governed by UHS rules and issued by the Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department, Government of Punjab.
