Rawalpindi Waste Management Company Annual Tender – Repair & Maintenance Items for Garbage Collectors

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers/firms/companies/authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of repair and maintenance items for garbage collectors. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through the E-Raq Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Rule 38(2-a) of PPR-2014. Bidding documents are available free of cost for download from the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites.

Key instructions:

- Bids must be submitted online through EPADS (e-procurement). Original hard copy of Estimated Price and required Bid Security must be submitted in RWMC Head Office before the bid closing time.

- Bids received incomplete, stamped and not in complete conformity with the bidding document shall be rejected. Online opening of technical bids will be conducted through EPADS in the presence of prospective bidders or their representatives who choose to be present. Bid submission on EPADS is the responsibility of the bidder.
