Rawalpindi Waste Management Company Tender: Procurement of Janitorial Items (Closing 2026-06-27)

Rawalpindi Waste Management Company (RWMC) invites sealed bids from reputable manufacturers/firms/companies and authorized distributors registered with the Income Tax Department for the procurement of janitorial items. National competitive bidding will be conducted online through E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Rule 38(2-a) of PPRA-2014.

Bidding documents are available immediately after publication on the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites. Prospective bidders may view and download bidding documents free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website and EPADS (links below). Technical bids must be uploaded through EPADS. Original bid security (hard copy) shall be submitted to RWMC Head Office at the address below by the closing date and time. Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped and submitted in accordance with the bidding documents. Online opening will be conducted on the same day through EPADS in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Submission of EPADS portal shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
