Tender: Procurement of Furniture for District Public School & Inter College, Khushab (Jauharabad)

Issuer: Deputy Commissioner Khushab (Jauharabad) / Chairman Board of Governors, District Public School & Inter College (DPS & IC) Khushab (Jauharabad).

Purpose: Invitation to eligible, Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms to submit bids for supply of furniture for the institution. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab PPRA website and bids are to be submitted online via the PPRA/portal as specified.

Key instructions:

• Eligibility: Firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities.
• Bid security: 5% (fixed) of the bid value for each lot, to be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee / CDR / Demand Draft / Pay Order in favour of the Principal, District Public School & Inter College, Khushab.
• Original bid security must be delivered to the Principal, DPS & IC Khushab before the bid closing time; bids without required original security or required technical/financial documentation may be rejected.
• Procurement will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules (and PPRA rules) as applicable.
